Surroundings
Il Frutto lies in the heart of the Val di Vara, ideally placed for discovering the very best of Liguria. Just 15 km away is La Spezia, with its harbour and easy connections along the coast; at 20 km, the Cinque Terre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site of colourful villages and clifftop trails high above the sea. Lerici and the Gulf of Poets, rich in history, literary heritage and beaches, are 25 km away, while at 28 km lies Portovenere, home to the Church of San Pietro and the islands of Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto. All around stretches the Val di Vara itself: one of Italy’s most unspoilt landscapes, perfect for exploring on foot or by bike.

The Property
Il Frutto is the result of the careful restoration of a villa nestled in the hills of Beverino, in the province of La Spezia. The building has been renovated with deep respect for local architectural tradition, preserving the authentic character of its materials and spaces while giving our guests every comfort they need for a relaxing, carefree stay.The shared spaces, both indoors and out, are designed for relaxation and good company. It is a place to slow down, breathe fresh air, take in the views across the Ligurian hills and rediscover the pleasure of simple things.

By car: From the A15 (Parma–La Spezia), take the Brugnato exit and follow signs for Beverino. From the A12, take the La Spezia exit and follow the Val di Vara road towards Brugnato.
